How to Cleaning and oiling your blade

It is always a good idea to clean and oil the blades regularly to ensure the best performance of the product.

The first thing to pay attention to is that the power supply must be cut off. In order to prevent accidentally touching the switch when removing the cutter head and turning on the switch and accidentally injuring yourself, you must cut off the power supply before removing the cutter head. Pay attention to the position of the hand when removing the cutter head. Note that the thumbs of both hands must press the two ends of the cutter head at the same time, and the force must be balanced, otherwise it is easy to press the cutter head and even hurt yourself. Follow the above steps to gently push the thumbs forward and hear a “click” sound to confirm that the cutter head is open. The blade was easily removed.

Second, cleaning and oiling your 5-in-1, removable and adjustable blades is critical to extending product life. We recommend that you clean the blades before and after each use to remove any dirt or hair buildup.

How to clean blades:
1.Remove the blade from the clipper.
2.Use a small cleaning brush to remove loose hair that may have accumulated between the blade and clipper. You can also use a pipe cleaner or index card to clean between the teeth of the blade.

Next, you should oil the blade regularly. Regular oiling reduces heat-generating friction, prevents rust, and ensures long blade life.
We recommend using our 5-point oiling method while attaching the blade to the clipper:
Put 3 drops of blade oil along the top of the blade teeth on the left, right and center of the blade. Also, place a drop of water on either side of the blade. Turn on the clipper and let the clipper run for a few seconds to allow the oil to flow through the blade set. Wipe off excess oil with a soft cloth.
